Presented at London Fashion Week.
While this is quite a dark collection, the structure enables a very strong female look. The familiar circular patterns and design are very unique to Koma's work and it's definitive of his brand.
Since his brand became recognised to the general public back when Cheryl (formerly? Cole) wore one of his pieces to the X Factor UK Live finals while she sat as a judge on the show, I believe he has always been one to watch.
While there isn't any intricate detailing or fine patterns, these bold circular strokes work just as well. With full circle skirts and mesh, these add a slightly softer touch to the strong collection. With only a few colour stories – black, red, blue, nude – each bold in its own right, this simplistic collection is still as powerful as its competitors.
