Despite the unarguably horrible news and situations my family and I have had over the past few months, Christmas has always been a really important time. Most years it doesn’t take much for me to feel Christmassy, but this year it seemed that feeling wasn’t going to pay me a visit. So over the weekend I decided I needed to make a little bit more effort than just the usual big tree in the living room and that’s it. So I decided to put up my little optic fibre tree and bough some christmas lights to put around my mirror to make even my room feel a little bit more festive and fingers crossed the festive feeling will soon rub off.
